How do I determine the best fitting size of scrubs for me?Updated a year ago

Please utilize the Fit Guide in each of our product detail pages to determine the best fit for your measurements. You may also reference our sizing chart for more detailed fitting guidelines across all of our brand collections.

One of the most important elements of our design innovation is achieving the best fit for every body type, shape, and size. We want you to look, feel, and perform your best in our beautifully designed high-quality apparel. There are four main measurements that are key to achieving your best fit: chest/bust, waist, hips, and inseam. The best way to get an accurate chest or bust measurement is to place the measuring tape under the arms to measure the distance around the fullest part of the bust or chest. It's important not to hold the tape too tightly. The most accurate waist measurement can be achieved by placing the measuring tape around your natural waistline. To measure your lower hips stand with feet a few inches apart and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Inseam measurements are taken from the crotch to the desired length of the pant breaking at the top of the shoe and just above the heel in the back. It's important to wear appropriate work shoes while taking this measurement. Most of our pants are available in three inseam lengths; regular, petite, or short and tall. There's a two-inch variance between each of these lengths so no matter which pant leg silhouette you choose -- straight-leg, shaped-leg, or a jogger -- we've got you covered. The question on many people's minds is: what is the proper length to wear joggers? The answer is quite simple: any link that suits your own personal style. At Barco, we've designed most of our joggers to hit at the slimmest point of the angle about two inches above the shoe. For a more casual fashion forward look simply give them a tug at the ankle cuff to expose more of your ankle. But if you're going for a more mainstream workwear appeal then order your usual length whether it be regular, petite, or tall.
